Permitted Use: Services are for corporate travel purposes only. Misuse, such as unauthorised reselling or fraudulent bookings, is strictly prohibited.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Errors may result in additional charges or cancellations.
Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspensions.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Changes: Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier (e.g., airline, hotel). Clients should review the terms provided at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to supplier terms. Service fees charged by Danco are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danco shall not be liable for:
Any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers.
Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Data Protection Danco adheres to the UK GDPR. Clients’ personal and corporate data will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services Our services may include bookings with third-party suppliers. Danco is not responsible for the performance or terms of these suppliers. Clients should review and comply with the terms of third-party providers.
9. Force Majeure Danco shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Termination of Service Danco reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for Clients who breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments to Terms Danco reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying Clients directly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
